While not every course comes with lab content, some of the older courses in the library might come with .pkt files (for use with Cisco Packet Tracer) or .yaml files (for use with your copy of Cisco Modeling Labs). Many of these courses also have accompanying walk-through solution videos.

However, we realize Cisco Packet Tracer is limited in its capabilities, and not everyone has access to Cisco Modeling Labs. So, for some of our newer courses, we provide downloadable .PDF files that contain a topology diagram for a lab, the base configurations for the lab devices, the lab tasks, and a complete walkthrough solution (to reference after you try the lab on your own).

This new approach gives our students the flexibility to choose from a variety of options for their hands-on practice (e.g., CML, Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVEng, real gear, etc.)

You can cancel your subscription at any time right inside your member portal:

1. Log in to your member portal https://kwtrain.com/login
2. Click your Account Avatar (in the upper-right corner)
3. Click Settings
4. Click Billing Info
5. Click Cancel Subscription

That's it! After you cancel your subscription, you won't be billed again. Also, you'll keep access to all your content for the duration of the year for which you've already paid.
