No worries! Course replays are posted within 24 hours of each session's end. You will retain access to these recordings forever, and additionally have the ability to download the video files offline.

For each of the six live sessions, you'll login to your account on our website and access the ENCOR (350-401) Master Class LIVE - July 2022 product in your library. Inside, you'll see a section for the LIVE ROOM where all session live streams are held. [NOTE: You'll receive an email with more detailed instructions a few days before the first session.] Replays will also be available in the portal, along with your ENCOR Practice Exams and downloadable VIRL/CML lab files.

You'll be given access to our CCNP Enterprise Labs product, which includes lab exercises for BOTH our ENCOR and ENARSI courses. Each lab contains a CML file that you can load into Cisco Modeling Labs (CML - either your own copy or the free version at the Cisco DevNet Sandbox), or a VIRL file (which can be imported into CML.)

In addition to the lab files, each lab has an accompanying video begins by explaining what you'll be doing in the lab and  concludes by giving you a complete walk-through solution video.

You'll promptly be refunded and removed from the course.
